It has always been a difficult thing to start an IV on me. No truer than thenext  night. After the IV blew in my arm, several people took a few turns each at trying to put a new one in. From my foot to my breast, both hands and arms they tried. They brought the vein light and ultrasound machine and still no success. Until Tara. Tara came in and put one in my wrist and had me calm the whole time through. When that line was accidently pulled out, they all tried again with no luck then in comes Tara like a superhero and got one in the back of my hand the same way. She stayed calm and spoke to me calmly. In a perfect world, she would be teaching this to all her fellow employees. But her skill and kindness was definitely one of the main reasons I will always come back to Pennock in Hastings.
