Tara was nominated by a family whose child was in the hospital on the neuro unit suffering some pretty uncomfortable and painful symptoms. Tara worked with Eloise, on the opposite shift, to ensure the patient's pain was not only under control but the child was "ahead" of the pain. Eloise spent a lot of time being the child's advocate to ensure the medicine combination was effective.
