My story is not so much about me personally, but how I saw Tara have so much compassion with the other patients in my unit. The untold patience, encouragement (to do whatever) and attention she pays to each patient is amazing. Her bright, cheery voice and demeanor lifts and brightens our day. She anticipates our individual needs from unwrapping cartons to our comfort care. Her nursing skills are excellent. She never shows any haste when with us, and looking after 4 patients with 2 very difficult ones; is a busy exhausting shift. No one would ever know. She is as bright and cheerful leaving as she is arriving. Our ray of sunshine, dependable, answering call buttons promptly - all part of her excellent nursing care. She takes time to engage family, with a sincere interest.
