Thorough in the care she provided. Friendly, caring and exceptionally professional. She followed up on everything that I asked and made it a point to tell me the results or outcome of what she was checking into for me. If I needed pain medicine and it was not ordered, she paged the doctor. She told me each step and kept me informed about what was going on. She did the same the day I had my kidney tubes placed. She checked to see if my friend could go downstairs with me. I have severe anxiety from PTSD, and I am fearful of the unknown, unfamiliar situations and people getting in my personal space. I have a service dog that accompanies me normally but having my friend with me helped me through the ordeal. She went out of her way to make sure I was able to have that special touch. All my nurses were great, but she stood out in my mind for excellent care. Thank you.
