This nurse is frequently recognized on all floors for their positive and supportive nature by peers and PT. They are quick to jump in and help as well as educate. Recently, in November, we had a shift with in charge Nurses' ratio and nurses flexed with night acuity PTS. Not only did this nurse pick up extra, but also rounded frequently on tele and PCU to ensure all patients were safe and nurse-supported. This is above and beyond the normal expectations.
