Welcome to the night shift! Tasha is a fresh soul as she comes into work daily. She always greets her peers and patients with a friendly smile. She has a positive, can-do attitude. I am personally impressed by her ability to take a complex pictureand break it down. She can prioritize needs and get started. She brings so much experience to the table for IV care and problem-solving. She gives patients the reinforcements and education they need to work hard with their rehabilitation. She is willing to instruct families and colleagues on patient care and works well as a team member with all her colleagues in the hospital setting. I would welcome her to care for me, my friends, or family members.
