Tasha Hortin, RN

My husband was hospitalized with blood clots in his lungs. He was terrified, very anxious, and a proud Polynesian man who hates to have to ask for help. Tasha came to our floor and took the time to get to know C, gauge his fears, and explain all the whys and hows in a calm and very compassionate manner. His heart and blood pressure significantly improved because she was super attentive and careful about the balance between pushing and pulling. She was not put off by the smells and all the demands of someone his size in the current predicament. Tasha is the kind of medical practitioner I hope our son will become one day.
