Tasneem has been an outstanding RN for my husband while he was in the ICU. She not only watched every machine and number all day for 3 days, but she worried that I wasn't eating or sleeping. She kept me and the children informed of everything, always with a calm and peaceful demeanor. When questioned about a number by a doctor, she was right there telling the doctor the protocol and her reasoning for the number. The doctor said she was correct. She never misinformed anyone. She always knew exactly what the rounding docs said even if I only heard part of it.
She is well-informed, well-trained and seems to love her job. She is an outstanding member of your team. She was always kind and gentle with us. She always took the time to explain things in a way we could grasp. Tasneem is an asset to RWJ in every way. Tasneem has great knowledge of medicine, nursing, and people. She is very humble about being so kind.
