From her first entry to our room, Tatiana made us feel like we could finally relax and rest. Her efficiency in identifying the best ways to treat our newborn son in a way that enabled us to partner with the care team was remarkable. Her communication was always clear and compassionate. Tatiana left us feeling that we knew what was going on, even though we've never been in this environment. Tatiana always warmed her stethoscope, soothed our son more effectively than any other member of the care team, offered to help us move our things out of the room to our vehicle, and worked more than an hour over time after shift change on our discharge to enable us to get our son home as soon as possible. Tatiana's first words to us after introduction were, "I'm here for you. Whatever you need, let me know." Tatiana's unfailing precision and energy enabled her to go above and beyond at every step of the way, finding gentler ways to take vitals, deliver medications, and enable us to rest, both physically and mentally. Tatiana was also incredibly careful with her discharge and infant care instructions when she had every reason to rush. Tatiana, thank you so much!
