My son has come to the hospital on multiple visits, each stay he has had Tatianna as a nurse multiple times and during that stay. Like many rare diseases, my son's disease is not very well known, and therefore nurses need to understand different ways he needs to be cared for. Tatianna took to this and would ask many questions. She has earned my son's trust which (when sick) is not always easy. However, Tatianna did not just do the basics with my son. She would purposefully get to know him and would ask him questions about different things he would communicate to her from his last visit. With Tatianna, my son feels cared about and comfortable. Tatianna goes above and beyond for her patients and completely deserves this DAISY Award.
