Tatum is a highly-skilled, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate nurse. She is a patient/family advocate, positive role model, and wonderful co-worker. She mentors and coaches our new staff as they develop their skills and learn. She has worked in our NICU for more than twelve years.
Most importantly, Tatum is a compassionate human being and it is an honor to work with her. So many tiny babies have been cared for by her over the years touching the lives of their parents and loved ones. She has devoted many years, twelve-hour shifts and an hour drive each way to do what she loves.
