On most occasions, a hospital is a scary place to be. I was fortunate enough to receive outstanding nursing care while being a patient. I recognized her abilities from the very start of their shift to win my confidence and to easy my worries and fears a post-op cholecystectomy patient. She has a very calming spirit and never delays in answering my questions or concerns. What I liked most was how she was very informative before administering all my care, and she was always encouraging me to push through the rough areas, and better days were just peeking around the next corner. Kudos to Tatyanna for being such a wonderful & skillful professional.
