My father was hospitalized for several days with pneumonia and an NSTEMI. I would like to recognize Taylor for the extraordinary care she provided. She not only met all of my father’s medical and technical needs, but she made him feel at ease and comfortable. She not only took great care of him but also took care of his family, mainly my husband and me. She made sure we were updated on his clinical course and made us feel welcome and part of the team. She was above and beyond in every way, and I know she is destined for great things in the nursing profession.

Our family member was admitted one evening. Tayler was assigned to her room. Our mother was scared of the upcoming surgery. Tayler took all the time needed to answer any and all questions and gave reassurance and encouragement to not only our mother but us too. Tayler even stayed past the end of her shift to ease our minds.
