Taylor Batson-Hall, RN

In her first year as a new-grad RN, Taylor has earned the respect of her co-workers. She is loved by her patients and is always the first to sign up for additional training so that she can improve and provide the best care. She has taken on the responsibility of a patient education bulletin board in our department without being asked and changes the theme monthly using supplies she brings from home. She has recently started to take more charge shifts and is doing a great job according to her peers. She is a consistent A+ employee that shows up on time, can be counted on for an extra shift in a pinch, and is flexible enough to work days or nights.

Taylor is a top-notch nurse, transitioning into the charge nurse role having been a former PCT! She's eager to assist and learn and always friendly.
