Our four-year-old grandchild was admitted to the hospital. He was scared, and so were his parents, since this was his first time in the hospital. Taylor had a calming effect on the whole family. She really knows how to work with little kids and took the time, she probably did not have, to play with him while caring for him. She talked in a way that he understood what was going on. She gave his parents a positive experience in a very scary situation. Our grandson has not stopped talking about her since he was discharged. He told me this morning that he misses her and wants to go see her. LOL. Thank you to everyone for a positive experience but especially to Taylor for all the care she puts into the kiddos.
