Taylor is an absolute Angel! While our friend and brother was in ICU (PTSD had won the battle, but not the war) he was far from a model patient. He is also about twice the size of Taylor. No matter what he did, if it was ripping his catheter out, or tearing off his restraints, repeatedly attempting to get out of the bed without assistance, ripping the monitor leads off, or anything that his less than conscious mind could dream up, Taylor was there and handled it with poise and professionalism. His brothers in arms were with him during this, but we knew nothing other than brute force. She had a more subdued and tactful approach to him. She even loaned her personal phone charger to me so that I could keep a charge and update others on his status. Taylor is a wonderful nurse, and HCA Conroe Hospital is lucky to have her on their staff. On behalf of myself, my family, and the USAF TACP Associates, Thank You Taylor you mean a lot to us.
