Taylor "CiCi" Rosa-Ramon, BSN, RN

CiCi is very attentive in her care and ensures our daughter has everything she needs. She goes above and beyond to comfort her during difficult procedures and advocates for her when necessary. She is the best at communicating with us to ensure we understand and stay informed regarding our daughter’s care. Our daughter is 10 months old and has a congenital heart defect. She has been inpatient for 4 months now and her admission has been difficult with having 5 surgeries and multiple heart caths. CiCi has been a constant, reassuring light to us. She has checked on us anytime she is on shift regardless if she was taking care of our daughter or not. Her amazing work ethic and capacity to connect with us during our darkest moments have meant everything.
