I find it hard to put into words how impressed I am with the level of care I received from Taylor. It is obvious she knows her job inside and out, but beyond that, she showed compassion and patience, and even gentleness that was completely unexpected. At one of the scariest times of my life, she was able to make me feel like everything is going to be OK. She is simply amazing. Thank you.

My husband had surgery, and because of his many medical issues, it was a very stressful time. Taylor was amazing! She immediately made us feel reassured with her care, knowledge, and competence. I loved the way she interacted with other staff; I felt like my husband’s recovery was a team effort. Taylor was very patient explaining every detail of his recovery process and making everything easy to understand for people without a medical background. Taylor hustled from the beginning of the shift till the end. There was no let-up; she constantly was checking everything. Great care, great sense of humor, and extremely competent. We feel very fortunate to have had her as a nurse.
