We couldn’t have asked for a better nurse during the eventful birth of our first baby. From the start, Taylor was attentive, highly communicative, and kind. After delivery, I unexpectedly had complications without any warning or prior issues. Taylor was instrumental in ensuring my needs were taken care of. She listened when I said something felt off, and she escalated what she saw, which ultimately meant I was taken care of. It was a very scary experience, and I can say with certainty that Taylor was pivotal in my care. She also noticed when our newborn’s oxygen levels dropped after previously being level. This meant a proactive find that got our baby back on the monitor. The fluid in her lungs cleared ASAP. Her performance and care that day were above and beyond.
