We arrived late for our appointment and Taylor still greeted us with a smile. She was kind and caring and took her time with us. Even though we put everyone behind she did not rush us or make us feel any less important.
Taylor went above and beyond to make sure that M's needs were met while she was here. She noticed that M needed her toenails clipped (even though that was not why she was here). Taylor went and got another nurse who was experienced with clipping nails to clip M's nails. This is meeting the VA'S Mission - providing exceptional health care to our Veterans. Taylor did not have to do this - but she cared enough to think of the needs of M and provided that care.
Taylor proved what an excellent nurse she is by being able to assess and determine that M needed her toenails clipped even though that wasn't why she was here. She knew just who to go to help provide this service for her patient.
Taylor is such a charismatic person that you can tell her fellow staff respect her. When she went and asked for help with M, they were glad to assist.
Taylor had a smile on her face the entire time we were with her. She made us laugh and made us feel comfortable. She needs to be cloned. She is a great asset to the nursing staff of this clinic. She was very professional, but she was fun and enjoyable.
Taylor worked very well as the provider. It was a professional working relationship to meet the needs of the patients.
