When my Mom was admitted to the ICU, tension was high. When we came with my Mom, I was ready to pounce on 'anything'. Taylor walked in and started care with Mom. I immediately put my Mom's care in her hands. I became the daughter, not the nurse. Taylor educated all of us every step of the way. She did it with professionalism yet with grace and confidence. She is an awesome nurse - not a title I give easily. Sometimes I am that nurse when they say, 'Nurses eat their young,' but not since we have been here. I believe we can thank Taylor for setting the pace.
Taylor set my thoughts in a positive way. It allowed me to allow all the nurses that cared for my Mom to do their job. The nurses rock this place! This will forever be my choice of care for my family. I used to think we 'had' to be on the Plaza to get big hospital care - not anymore! I love this place and have all the confidence in the care you provide. Taylor to be a young nurse is so full of knowledge and compassion. She is the epitome of nursing.
