I had the most touching interaction with the mother of S. She told me that her daughter passed away in the ICU about three weeks ago. She also said that S felt so safe in your care and so comforted by your presence that she requested that you be at the bedside as she passed away. Her mother was so incredibly grateful to you for making arrangements to be there for S's final moments on earth. She felt that by facilitating your presence at the end of her life she was able to fulfill one of her daughter's dying wishes. She was tearful as she described how much your compassionate care meant to both her and her daughter. Thank you, Taylor, amazing work!
