May 2022 Honoree
Taylor Irons, RN
My experience with UAMS has been great since I was diagnosed with Cancer. I recently was on the F8 floor, and the nurses and tech were so nice mannered and friendly. Being a patient and being sick is already bad enough, but when you go to a hospital and feel loved by the staff, it feels good.
Taylor made me and my family (husband) feel good and welcome. She was really sweet even when I was in pain and feeling down, she talked to me as a person and not as a patient; being patient and nice goes a long way. She listened to me when I was talking. I know she had other patients, but it meant a lot to me how she showed me she cared. Great job, Taylor!
