Because Taylor made me feel heard and listened to me when I had a concern. She kept saying I was doing great while breastfeeding and reassuring me I was doing all I could without me telling her I was worried. It made me very confident in my decisions. She took my baby when I was overwhelmed and when I had to have emergency surgery to save my baby. She reassured me it was going to be okay and comforted me. She always would complement my baby’s accessories and clothes as well.
