Taylor Knoefel is the perfect prototype of what a nursing school would wish their graduates to be. Certainly she is skillful, thorough, specific, detailed and exhibits the clinical techniques one would expect of a professional nurse ten years more senior. What makes her extraordinary, however, are her interpersonal skills. While she is calm and professional, her care and concern for her patient are ever-present. She brings an air of happy confidence into the room with her. She always has a smile and exhibits genuine care for her patient.
My wife was on her 3rd day after surgery, struggling a bit, when we first met Taylor. She was the perfect antidote, turning a tough day into one where my wife knew she was in the best of hands. Taylor is the epitome of a role model and it has been a pleasure to experience her many talents.
