Taylor Lightfoot, NP

Words cannot truly express our appreciation to Taylor for her excellence in care for our husband/father. Taylor cared for him 5 of the 6 days he was a patient in the ICU. During the visitation times, we were impressed with her expertise, knowledge, and organization. Taylor was always calm, showing kindness to us and her fellow co-workers. She never made us feel like she was “too busy” for us. She made sure Dad appeared comfortable and was re-positioned often. Even though he was sedated on her watch, she treated him with great dignity. She would also speak in his ear and tell him what she was doing. During this time, we also notice her kindness in mentoring a younger nurse. She always spoke the truth to us with love; we felt like he wasn’t “just a patient” to her. She cared for him during his final days with such a sweet spirit. We will always appreciate her for what she did for our husband/father.
