Taylor embodied the truest form of a compassionate and caring nurse. Not only did she provide me with the utmost respect, but she demonstrated the truest form of compassion. From the moment I was admitted she was open, honest, and advocated for my best interest. Taylor's heart and dedication were present in all that she did for me and my family. Her selfless nature emanated in her actions as she graciously spent extra time talking with me and making sure I felt heard.
What was most remarkable was her authenticity. She genuinely showed interest in what I had to say and did not just do her job. She showed up and put her heart into the care she provided. I did not feel like just another patient or my diagnosis. I felt seen and heard. I am so grateful for the care she provided me, I can honestly say her actions made a difference in my recovery and healing journey and I will always be grateful for this.
