Taylor had a mom who had given birth but hadn’t met her babies yet. Taylor took the time to coordinate with RT, NICU, and our providers to get the mother to the NICU to meet her babies. Erin was a great help in assisting Taylor through the whole process and assisted Taylor in connecting the mom to the NICU. Taylor and Erin always exemplify compassion and excellence, but on this occasion, they went above and beyond to provide extraordinary care for this patient.
