Taylor has been our daughter’s nurse for two days. During this time, she has advocated for our daughter just like her own. Our daughter is fearful of medical staff, but with Taylor explaining things to her, she was able to relax enough to let Taylor provide the medical care she needed. Taylor has been gentle and patient when our daughter was frustrated or upset. She was gentle enough that Taylor was able to change out her IV fluids while she was asleep. Taylor also helped make me feel more comfortable as a parent. She explained what was taking place in detail and what would happen next, etc. She supported me just as much as our daughter. Moses Cone is so lucky to have Taylor on their staff!
