Taylor was nominated by an emergency room patient’s mother, who felt that Taylor made the patient feel like he was important and that she cared. She talked to the patient, listened to him, and made sure that his pain was addressed. “She went above and beyond to help both physically and mentally.” The ER was very busy (during the annual motorcycle rally), but this didn’t deter her from making the patient’s experience great.
