Taylor is a phenomenal asset to our nursing team. Each day she arrives to work with a smile on her face and is positively impacting lives of our patients and their families. Recently, Taylor cared for a patient who was waiting to hear if her cancer had returned. Immediately, Taylor met the patient and put her at ease. The patient never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Taylor took time to sit with her patient which the patient noted: "…made such a big difference to know that Taylor really cared about how I was feeling and what I was going through." Her nomination included sharing the fact, "Taylor is the epitome of what a great nurse should be... she truly shines while incorporating St. Joseph's core values." We are blessed to have Taylor restoring hope in our patients.
