Taylor helped my wife (and myself) during a long and hard labor that ended unexpectedly with a C-section. The labor was progressing well until the very end, at which the staff allowed us to try several positions before moving forward with a C-section. We previously had not considered a C-section and were afraid of the process when my wife had to make a decision. Taylor clearly explained the process and provided a lot of information and consolation to us while my wife made a decision on either continuing with attempting vaginal delivery or C-section. This was an extremely fearful time with a hard decision to make. Taylor was very compassionate, and her experience clearly showed and greatly eased our minds. This was our 2nd delivery at KCH and all the staff have been amazing, but Taylor especially stood out for me and my wife.
