My twelve-month-old child fell and lacerated her scalp. It felt like the worst day of my life. I ran into the ED and found a room full of sick kids. The nursing staff got us right back to a room. Taylor knew my child loved another nurse that sang, so she sang songs the whole time. This put my child and our family at ease. This made the best experience we have ever had at any hospital.
