This is my first time in labor and delivery here in Valley View. I am blessed to say I'm 5 1/2 months pregnant with a baby boy. Being in a small town, I have heard many scary stories. I have had 2 miscarriages. I was afraid to go after that. Being here in Valley View, I can say I have received the best service since the moment I was brought into labor and delivery.
I want to say a special thank you to Taylor Phipps. She has been so kind and has answered all of my questions. For example, what contractions are, how to read the monitor, and what to bring with me when I deliver the baby. She took all my fears away while at Valley View with Taylor. I now know I made the right decision coming to Valley View to deliver my baby boy.
Shout out to you, Taylor Phipps, for your amazing, great, outstanding patient care and amazing customer service. You are so knowledgeable in your position. Thank you for having an employee like you who makes us pregnant women feel comfortable and so safe. Taylor, because of your patient care, my baby boy and I are healthy and so reassured.
