Taylor was our daughter's nurse multiple times in the first 72 hours of her hospitalization. She helped to explain the procedures that were all new to us and supported us emotionally as well. Being able to see Taylor multiple times throughout the stay helped us feel like she knew our daughter's story and medical journey so that she could continue to support her medical needs and answer our questions. Taylor's honest answers, confidence in procedures, and general friendliness were much appreciated at this most difficult time. Taylor quickly became a trusted caregiver and someone we would be happy to see throughout our stay. Her efforts will never be forgotten and we wish her well as she continues her career at Upstate.
