I'm afraid the words I write will not express the gravity of what a difference these employees- not employees *persons*- have made in my life today. I tried to end my life a week ago. I lost my job because of COVID-19 and then my boyfriend walked out on me without notice. I've been so low. I've been down but nothing like this. They healed my spirit. Yes, they fed me, helped me get clean, and gave me medicine; but beyond that, they healed my soul. Because of their warmth, I started feeling ok inside a little more and more. Taylor made me laugh. I could never repay them for this and this letter seems so trivial comparatively.
