There is so much, from the moment meeting Taylor Quinn, she has helped keep me and my son calm. I was so worried. Seeing her face last before sleep - she promised she would be there when I woke. I know she was busy, but she was the first face I saw waking up. I immediately knew I was safe and not to pull tubes. She truly went above and beyond for me and my family. Her attitude has been so kind and patient! Her heart shines through each interaction each day, which has helped keep stressful scary situations under control.

When Taylor first started her shift, I was in so much pain. Her constant communication helped me remain calm. She not only helped me, but my son who is nine. She kept a close eye on him. Her watching and noticing when he needed a moment to keep him levelheaded truly avoided a situation that could have been scary for him. There are no words to thank someone for protecting a child (when it’s not a part of their job). It was a woman at work with a beautiful heart. Taylor is such a blessing to anyone she has come in contact with. She has not been so busy (which she is constantly working) to say hello, offer a smile or help every co-worker, family or patient coming down the hall. Feeling safe is half the battle in hospitals and with her being my Nurse, I know I am heard. If she says she is going to do something – she does. Taylor's heart is crystal clear! She goes above and beyond every second! This hospital is lucky to have her and I’m lucky and blessed she came through my doors. She has brought a peacefulness with her, and I know I am in good hands. She represents the hospital far above what is expected.
