Taylor is always compassionate and friendly while exhibiting a positive attitude to everyone she comes in contact with. She is also one of the most clinically sound nurses in our hospital. She is always in close communication with the physician and PA on the unit to make sure that we are aware of any concerning changes in status. She always has her patients in mind and goes above and beyond to give the best care to every patient.
Whenever I see that Taylor is the nurse taking care of my patients, I have relief knowing that they are getting the absolute best care on the Progressive Care Unit. I trust her judgment in patient care and enjoy working with her as she exhibits excellent team based care. The pride and joy she takes in her job are contagious.
