The patient highlighted Taylor’s exceptional bedside manner, compassion, and kindness in comforting her and her husband following the loss of their son at twenty-eight weeks gestation. She also noted the professionalism and care she demonstrated in providing resources and guidance as they walked through this horrendous journey. In closing, the patient stated: “We are truly grateful for the staff who assisted in our delivery, but were especially thankful to have met Taylor during a time when we needed just what she had to offer.”
