My husband was brought to this hospital via 911 emergency ambulance. Since most of his doctors and past hospital experiences have been elsewhere, I was afraid for him to be transported to this hospital. After being admitted and assigned to the third floor, I constantly and frequently called regarding his care and the responsiveness of the nursing team. I even spoke to Taylor Tomaro via telephone regarding my husband's medical issues. To my pleasant surprise, she was extremely caring and professional which is much better than some of our prior experiences. It is so refreshing to interact with Taylor. She has many unique qualities such as the ability to say what needs to be said in a compassionate and caring way (in other words, tell you what she's allowed to tell you, tell you in a way in which you understand and make you feel that she deeply cares about your overall wellness as a patient).

Taylor is also extremely responsive to your needs and moves with dispatch. The quality of nursing care from Taylor has been superb! We live very close to Memorial Hermann Northwest. It will now be one of our top two choices for healthcare because of the great service we received from Nurse Taylor Tomaro. Hats off to her! We appreciate Taylor!
