It is not every day you meet a real live hero DAISY, but my stay at Franciscan Olympia Fields has truly been a blessing, unexpected but well received. All the staff took great care of me, but there was one nurse, Taylor who went above and beyond the call of duty.

Regardless of her excessive workload, she made time to give me tender, loving, care (TLC). She tended to my “every need” with love, patience, compassion, empathy, being a great listener, all with a smile. She lives and breathes compassion and dedication for her patients. She works tirelessly to tend to every issue and every question. She answers and makes sure I have everything I need and more.

Nurse Taylor made me feel at home, like family. I felt the love for her patients, specifically me. It is much more than just a job for Nurse Taylor. It is a lifestyle.

I would like to personally thank Nurse Taylor. She is kind, caring, and most deserving of this honor. Taylor, you are truly special to me, and I will always remember this experience with you.
