The nominator described this situation: He received a call from someone looking for her mother who had not checked after arriving home on a flight. The patient was not in the ED, but Taylor calmed her, gave her other facilities to call and told her he would be on the lookout. Later in the day, a trauma arrived, and he suspected it was the woman whose daughter had called. He got in touch with the family and was able to identify that is was her mother and made arrangements for them the visit and went with them to the ICU.
