Taylor took such amazing care of our son, J, until his final moments with us. He worked exhaustingly for 2 days, all day, constantly monitoring him and making adjustments to what seemed like 100 machines. It seemed like every 5 minutes, he was in and adjusting things to help my son. It was such a devastating time for us, but seeing him constantly on the move and always responding to a monitor brought us so much comfort on his final day. We just about camped there all day as our son rewarmed. Taylor stayed after his shift to see our son through and comforted me when things really started to decline. He gave us so much advice on caring for ourselves, too. He deserves recognition. People who work faithfully and show love in their work need to know how appreciated they are.
