Taylor was very responsible and attentive. She was inclusive of all the family members and made sure they had the information about my condition. She was confident and smart which gave m assurance that I was going to be taken care of. HV6 is very fortunate to have her as part of the staff.

I had a lung biopsy to determine if I had cancer. I was extremely anxious and fearful, and Taylor instantly put me at ease. When I could have anxiety attacks, she was so compassionate and took time with me to reassure me that my care was on the right track. I could see her skill set was high and I trusted her with my care. She had pushed me to walk, eat, and get well.
Taylor was fantastic with communication with both the whiteboard and verbally. I always knew what my plan was for the day. She constantly shared knowledge and tips to settle my anxiety. When it came time to find out about my biopsy, Taylor went above and beyond to celebrate my NEGATIVE cancer results. She is a true asset to HV6, MVH, and Premier.
