Monday evening, the patient received a call from admissions to obtain admission information. She spoke with Cindy Hitt and explained how she let her take her time answering the questions. The patient was not feeling well, and she didn’t make him feel that he was being rushed. He wanted her to know that he appreciated the time that she took with him. Quiadukshae Mathews was the first person he and his wife came into contact with that Wednesday morning for the procedure. Mrs. Mathews greeted them with a smile and was very friendly. She took care of the patient's needs and escorted him to the EKG and bloodwork area. Nicole Smith was the nurse that prepared him for his angiogram. She was able to answer all of his and his wife’s questions before and after the angiogram and was very attentive to his needs. Becky LeBoeuf introduced herself while in the surgical room. She kept checking on how the patient was doing, and they had some good conversations about family and other things.
