Ted Chatter was cited for his excellent interpersonal skills - knowing how to communicate with his patients as well as his coworkers. He offers care to his patients with fervent attention and compassion. Recently, Ted received much praise from an elderly patient who had difficulty hearing and spoke only in Navajo. Ted spoke kindly to her in Navajo. He took the time to hold her hand, sat next to her and explained everything she needed to know and answered the questions she asked. Ted shows a lot of respect and maintains an air of professionalism among his peers.
