Ted always goes above and beyond. He is awesome to get a patient from. The patients come up to the floor with smiles on their faces, pain well controlled and happy. IV’s are on a pump, with ordered IV fluid. He is friendly, funny and pleasant. He gives a very complete report.

On a very stressful day he makes an extra effort to ease the stress of receiving new patients, i.e. giving candy in an envelope with a smiley face.
