Teddy is an extraordinary nurse and nurse leader. He is a brilliant clinician, a fantastic charge nurse, and a skilled and accomplished Assistant Nurse Manager. His calm, happy, and fun demeanor lifts everyone’s spirits, including the patients and the patients’ families. Teddy is dedicated, loyal, organized, and truly committed to leading the way every day through working at the highest possible standard.
Recently, Teddy covered as Interim Nurse Manager for 5SA, and his work was outstanding. Everything he does, he does with thoughtfulness, empathy, and authentic care for the people around him. The entire 5SA Team looks up to Teddy, including me. We could not do what we do without him! Congratulations, Teddy, on your DAISY Award!
