While everyone that took care of my son was exceptionally friendly, Tejal went above and beyond. Tejal tried to connect with my son as much as possible and included him in the interview process while still verifying information with my wife and me. She could tell that my son was nervous and asked about his favorite superhero, she told him about the stickers and balloons she had.
When my son still wasn't buying into the cool toys they had in batman's special cave, Tejal left and returned with the mask that smelled like bubble gum exactly as she described it to our son. It was hard to be separated from my son but she did everything she could to make it easy for us. Before walking out and leaving with my child for surgery she even gave us the opportunity for last minute hugs and kisses. When my son was clinging onto my wife even in the midst of the rush of everyone ready to, go she stood still and patiently gave us the extra few seconds that made a world of a difference. It's apparent that she enjoys working with kids and enjoys the work she does.
