I am the mother of an autistic child, who is 6 years old. He is moderately non-verbal. My little boy was severely constipated and could not urinate landing him in the ER. Screaming in agony, and incomprehensible. We were unsure of the problem, when Nurse Telli came in. Being his mother, I was in tears, and in shock as well to see my son suffer in so much pain. Telli calmed my son down, with true compassion that only a true dedicated nurse could give. No one else could get my son to calm down enough to understand him. The whole staff at Satellite Carney is amazing, loving and so diligent. They go above and beyond but I could never forget Telli in particular. We were so blessed to have Telli by our son's bed that day, as not everyone could have been as empathetic and patient as her with my little boy's situation. Thank you for the many lives you touch - a true angel on earth.
